Sporting Wheelies
Exercise can be very important for those suffering from F.A. Although not proven, it makes a huge difference to my walking and co-ordination abilities. Joining Sporting Wheelies has been one of the best decisions that many of us with FA have made. The Assoication maintains a fully equiped gym that has some modified equipment so that we and all others that join can exercise. BBQ's, trips away and functions organised by the association, helps to make new friends. Everyone knows everyone. A truly inspirational place that harbours none of the pretenses and 'hang ups' associated with some gyms. An inital assessment will assist in ensuring that you are given the right exercises that will help you. The staff there are great, knowledgeable and always willing to help.
